Well..this is not my recipe..I learnt it from my friend Neha..but coz i love mushroom..and this is the first time i saw it in curry form and still so yummy..,i need to write it for myself only..so tht i dont forget it...:)
Dont have a photo also..i just made it yesterday night..n was so tempted to eat it that i forgot to click it even.
Will add photo later!!
Ingredients:
1.Mushroom....washed..cleaned..sliced..long ones..
2.All spices (aamchoor,haldi,namak,dhaniya powder,jeera,dhaniya)
3.refined oil
4.1 green chilly
5.Guinger..cleaned n sliced
6.did not have garlic..so used garlic paste
7.Milk - thick one..she said we can use cream also..basically to give thick curry flavour
8.One onion..sliced..
9.two tomatoes
10. some butter
Procedure
1.Fry onion, ginger, garlic paste in refined oil..n then put it in mixie with tomatoes..n make paste.
2.Add the paste to kadahi back n add masalas.let it cook for some time..
3.Start adding milk to it little by little..this will decide the consistancy of gravy..add part..n let it boil..add more..but keep flame low..or milk will get bad..n can even pop out in droplets n hurt u
4. then add slices of mushroom also..and then let it cook for sometime..till mushroom is solften n gets the flavour of curry inside it.
5.in the end,add some butter for the royal feel ( can avoid it if diet concious).
Add green coriander..n serve..n believe me..it is just too yummy to resist :)
Well..I tried some more variations also..While grinding..added some Kaju n badaam..just for royal feel ;)
